Return & Refund Policy
Three situations, three different timeframes. Please use the one that matches your case.

1. Change-of-mind returns
Tell us within 10 days of the delivery date. Email [email protected] with your Order ID and a line about what is wrong. The item does not have to be back with us inside that window — the request does.
For a change-of-mind return the item must be:
- Unused, with the adhesive backing film still in place and no marks on the clamp or finish.
- In its original packaging, with any mounting hardware or accessories supplied.
- Accompanied by the Order ID.
An adhesive grip whose backing film has been peeled cannot be returned as change of mind — the pad only sticks once.
2. Damaged, wrong or incomplete orders
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents. An unboxing video is strongly recommended and makes a breakage claim much quicker to settle, but it is not a condition and a claim will not be refused for the absence of one.
We review the photographs and arrange a replacement or a refund where applicable, including the delivery charge you paid.
3. Return shipping — who pays

4. What cannot be returned
- Adhesive items with the backing peeled, and any item showing fitting marks or scratches.
- Damage after delivery — a mount left on a dashboard in direct sun, a cable pulled by the lead, or a clamp forced past its stated range.
- Change-of-mind requests made after the 10 days window has closed.
5. Faults found later
If a fault appears after delivery — a clamp spring that stops holding, a cable that charges intermittently, a tripod leg lock that slips — contact us with photographs and a description and we will look at it individually.
We do not offer an additional warranty through our store, and we cannot process manufacturer warranty claims. Adhesive losing tack after repeated re-sticking, and normal wear on cables and straps, are not treated as product faults.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the returned item being received and checked. A UPI payment is refunded through the payment method used for the order. A Cash on Delivery order is refunded by bank transfer, after we receive bank details you confirm in writing.
If a returned item arrives damaged or with parts missing, the refund may be reduced to reflect the loss in resale value. We contact you before making any deduction.
7. Duplicate payments
If the same order is paid twice, the duplicate payment is refunded within 5 business days after we confirm the duplicate transaction. This is separate from a return and does not require anything to be sent back.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer a direct exchange. If you would like a different item, return the unused piece in its original packaging within the return window for a refund and place a fresh order.
