What to send us
A sizing question
The width of the phone with the case on, in millimetres, and what the case is made of. That decides both whether a mount clamps and whether adhesive holds.
An order on its way
Put the Order ID in the subject line. Tracking is quickest to answer once the parcel has left Thane.
A parcel that arrived damaged
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents. An unboxing video is strongly recommended and makes the claim quicker, but it is not a condition.
Two things we cannot do
We cannot supply phones, batteries, screen repairs or manufacturer warranty service. We sell accessories only.
We cannot confirm compatibility with an unreleased model. If your phone is not out yet, we cannot promise a fit.

We have not appointed a separate named officer; this correspondence is handled directly by the person responsible for operating the shop. We aim to acknowledge within 1 business day.
